ABO Conference

Had a very interesting day at the ABO (Association of British Orchestras) in Cardiff last Thursday. Learnt all about WNO and their innovative subscription scheme which under promises and over delivers, about Data Protection and the role of data 'controllers', about sustaining audiences - must get that book by Laurence Gonzalez called Deep Survival and Bill Ivy's book 'Arts Inc.' - and all about the power of social networking just like this. Must get on with my 104 accumulated emails.
